The 2025 Board of Directors meeting dates are as follows. We meet monthly on the second Monday each month, and have one Spring informational meeting for all members and one Annual Membership Meeting in the Fall. The schedule is subject to change, so it is best to contact Joe Urbanczyk for the most up-to-date information.​

 

All monthly Board meetings are held in person (when possible) or via Zoom. The in-person meeting location is generally held at 28 Niagara Shore Drive, but can change month-to-month; in nicer weather we like to meet outside! Start time is 2:00 p.m., except as noted below; times are also subject to change pending Board Member availability.

 

Members are welcome to attend a Board meeting if there is an agenda item they would like to discuss with us. Please contact our Property Manager, Joe Urbanczyk of Fairwood Management, at jurbanczyk@aol.com, at least one week in advance to be placed on the agenda, and for the most current meeting location/start time.
