“ I live at River Edge because I love being close to nature and within walking distance of every convenience and activity that I want. ”  – John Lyth

Welcome to the River Edge Homeowners Association in Tonawanda, New York.

We were founded in 1989, and today we are a 64-unit townhome community situated on the shore of the Niagara River at the confluence of the Erie Canal.

Our members enjoy all the benefits of living near the water and all the activities that are related to the City of Tonawanda, its many businesses, and its parks and recreational trails and paths. We enjoy waterside concerts throughout the summer, Canal Fest in July, wonderful restaurants and retail shops within walking distance, and our City Hall and Police Station within view.

The Erie Canalway Trail, a 360-mile biking/walking route that spans Buffalo to Albany, is just steps from our backyard.  Downtown North Tonawanda is a quick walk over one of the bridges, and offers many additional retail, dining, and entertainment options.

River Edge homeowners respect each other as neighbors; we have a living experience unique to our community, and we recognize and value that!

And perhaps most important is living in homeowners association that provides its residents with the benefits of carefree living.
